COUNCIL DRAWINGS

Obtaining council approval is a statutory requirement for all planned buildings and structures as well as existing buildings for sale and purchase. We will expedite council approval for new projects as well as for clients who have lost historical records of council approvals.

DRAFTING

Drafting is the next phase of the design process. We use computer-aided programs to create drawings and provide the technical specifications desired. Technical specifications are utilised by the contractor for the construction of the planned design.

DETAIL DESIGN

Detail design is the workings of a component and how the components fit together within the context of the project. Detail design provides the contractor with the detail to achieve this, resulting in an aesthetically appealing and functional product.
