Our Story

Inherent Spaces - led by Liam O’Hagan, professional architectural technologist - has worked on numerous projects of varying types. Including, amongst others: Projects that were conceptual for feasibility purposes; Projects through the construction phases ‘Concept to Close’; Residential buildings, both new and those requiring alteration or modification; Places of worship, maximising church spaces and aesthetics improvement.

 

We enjoy maximising functional spaces as a specialty mainly when restoring old residential buildings into vibrant new spaces.

 

Our latest projects have showcased contemporary design while complementing context.

 

Liam has worked on teams where he provided support to the detailing and documentation critical to the project. In addition Liam has also practiced as lead designer and as a lead consultant for projects within the Eastern Cape region
